Oakland Centre welcomes winter fun!
Winter is just getting started, but February arrives with new
and exciting opportunities for our guests at Oakland Centre. Click on this link to Ashley's Caregiver letter to learn more about the new activities she

February Events.
The Portage Senior Center Choir returns on Thursday,
February 2nd at 11:00 a.m. for their re-scheduled January
concert. Then, on Tuesday, February 14th, we'll host
our traditional Valentine's Day Party at Oakland Centre, and feature "Love Songs on the Piano", by Randall
Adams. The party begings at 3:00 p.m. Refreshments and fellowship to
immediately follow. Everyone is invited to participate, but please call Carmen
at 269/373-3200 to RSVP by February
10th for the Valentine's Day Party.
The party will feature a ballroom dancing showcase. Refreshments and fellowship will immediately follow from 4:00–4:30 p
Days are anything but typical at Adult Day Services at Oakland Centre
Our days are filled with planned and coordinated therapeutic activities focused on the needs and interests of our individual guests.
While our activities are based on the seven dimensions of wellness, they are designed and delivered with a healthy dose of creativity and fun to keep our guests engaged and stimulated — enhancing their well-being, independence, and self-esteem.
