How Do We Get Started?

We encourage guests and their families to visit Oakland Centre for a tour. During the tour we will discuss your loved one's needs and concerns as well as your needs and concerns to make sure that Adult Day Services at Oakland Centre is the right choice for both of you.

We also offer a free, four-hour trial visit to give you and your loved one an opportunity to get to know the staff and atmosphere of Oakland Centre. Trial visits must be scheduled at least three days in advance.

Upon enrollment, we will develop an individualized care plan for your loved one. Adult Day Services at Oakland Centre offers:

• Flexible hours, M–F, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Assessments and monitoring of health status, including physician visits, and nutritional consultation
• Specialized dementia services
• Medication administration
• Personal care and hygiene services
• Social activities and exercise
• Nutritious meals
• Enclosed outdoor garden
• Caregiver support
